What the app reads

With your permission, the app reads the albums and playlists in your Apple Music library on your device in order to display and play them. This data never leaves your device through Pocket Vinyl.

What stays on your device

Your settings, deck theme, app icon choice, personal crates, side splits and the record last on the turntable are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. Nothing is uploaded.

Playback

Playback is provided by Apple Music, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

No analytics, advertising or tracking

The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, and makes no network requests of its own.

Website support requests

When you submit the website support form, your reply email, message and any optional details are stored privately on the website server so we can respond. If email notifications are enabled, those details are also sent to the support mailbox. Support session cookies and short-lived rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Website theme preferences stay in your browser. The website contains no analytics or advertising. To request deletion of a support message, use the support form.
